Location was pretty convenient for exploring Cannes, less than 15 minutes to the beach and very near the fresh food market. The staff were friendly and let me store my luggage without any hassle.

Wideshot photo of the hotel entrance and rooms is really exagerated. Hotel is based on first floor and cellar of the public bloc. Air in rooms is bad.

we asked for a newly remodelled room with continental breakfast is served, a spacious bathroom and a nice balcony and got one. the location seemed nice in near cafe or restaurant.

Conveniently located, my stay was highlighted by the friendly owner and a lovely balcony view, although the room's sound insulation and bathroom drainage issues were concerns.

The position
The staff was not polite and not helpful at all .The wifi didn't work and nobody was able to fix the problem. There was nobody at the counter after 6 o'clock therefore if you had a problem you had to solve it by yourself.

The hotel is close enough to the beach - 10 min walk. I liked the window with green panorama most of all. Internet conection was excellent all the time.

Sweet as location, but the shower drainage was a real hassle and the noise from next door got annoying.

The location was quite handy as it was easy to access from the rail station.
When I arrived, the hotel felt abandoned. There was no staff to assist, and I had to wait a considerable time outside. The room itself was grimy, with dirty sheets and a very unwelcoming atmosphere, leaving me uncomfortable throughout my stay.

I really enjoyed its nice and unbeatable location!
Our room was recently refurbished and good-sized with balcony and the staff were BEST, had free Wi-Fi. Climate control, an iron, and a work desk were a bonus.

Nothing at all. Its the worst hotel I ve ever stayed.
Very small rooms in a bad condition, very unfriendly stuff and they didnt speak English at all. Some of our belongings were missing from the rooms and they weren't replaced or paid back.

The location
Our room was not clean at all and the noise was pretty disturbing since you could hear anything around us (neighbours/street).

proximity to la Croisette, nearby supermarket, close to old town
Check-in would benefit from proper staffing!!! Cleanliness standards need significant improvement!!! Maintenance should be prioritized throughout the hotel!!! Ensuring essential facilities like restrooms are accessible is a must!!!
